Figure it out yourself at Tropicana No hospitality. No staff interaction. Just machines. Finding parking and room was complicated for a first time visitor. I wasted so much of my time. Leaving the parking garage could be more efficient. Cleanliness, all the amenities

Pleasant The room was very cold. The heat wasn’t working and in the middle of the night when I went to use the restroom there were roaches in the bathroom. The property had a lot of amenities and shops to go to.

Good location and clean but could use some help with gaming The lack of table games available was disappointing. Only had one table of each game open and every seat was filled. Then once I was able to sit they raised the one blackjack table from $15 to $25! We attempted to go to breakfast at Wildhoney Smokehouse & Tavern and the service was horrible. We were seated and after that no server acknowledged us for at least 20 minutes at which point we got up and left. Room was very spacious and clean.

Pleasant Robin and Tiffany, the bar tenders at the martini bar. They were really the only staff that I had more than just a brief conversations with. Most everyone was good but these 2 were exceptional. Also, it was a strange event not to have staff at the front desk during check out and only at specific hours. This seems like a miss.
