Good experience.. I booked via booking.com. for 5 people 2 rooms. Booking ,com gave me one confirmation number. At the checking time I went to the registration desk. The lady that assisted me said I should have 2 confirmation's numbers instead of one. I showed her the printed paper that I have and she dismissed it and told me to call booking.com their office was closed. She asked me to step out, she was very rude and started to talk with the other ladies at the desk instead of trying to resolve the problem. The credit card w... read more
