Will never go here again. Slipped and fell on the parking garage stairs. Told customer service. They didn't seem to care. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. None of the vending machines were stocked with any drinks. Called customer service who said I’ll just have to deal with room service.

I didn't like the stay at all due to the reasons mentioned above. Check in process was painful, there were long lines and only 2 people to serve. There were lines to get into elevators to and from parking garage. rooms were very outdated, when I walked into the room it seems like they just finished moping the floor so it smelled like bleach and the floor still had some wet spots. it was nice other than room service did not come in and change our towels at all. we didn’t have the do not disturb sign n/a it was a very nice view.

it was horrible and we will never stay there again. that our room smelt like someone was smoking in it the whole time we were there. it smelt awful, gave us awful headaches, the bed was uncomfortable, not enough blanket (we froze), the shower had no water pressure, took 25 minutes to get hot to be able to shower, how confusing the property was. we spent 2 1/2 hours trying to check in. for the price we paid I expected much more or to at least be able to breathe in my room. we wore a mask in our room because we couldn’t handle... read more
