I was disappointed with the quality of people who now stay at your hotel. administration paid no attention to our compla the people staying on our floor were smoking in the hallway and stayed up till late in the hallways as though they were in a cheap motel facilities were clean and comfortable

terrible experience. they charged me extra fees after I checked out and didn’t tell me a head of time and the managers did not help me.

Bad I did enjoy the escape room The room was cold heat did not work. Fridge didn't work. Worst shower of my life water just trickled.

very disappointed… I had a really bad experience this time around. the bathroom was not cleaned properly had hair all over the place. The water coming out of the faucet was ice cold. maintenance was informed, but the problem was unresolved. He told us he fixed it and then rushed out of the room and took one of our towels with him. At 5 am our next door neighbors woke us up and had loud music blasting, laughing and talking really loud. We had to get up and call security. Atrocious! Filthy And Disgusting. Hotel Smelled like weed and room was very dirty. Hotel looks very old and Run Down. nothing.
