Very Disappointing Cleanliness, view and size for the money Dirty carpet and had one towel, check-in was a mess and had to walk 2-miles to get to the front desk in another tower, view from our room wasn't what we paid for and everything was closed

Ok The pool was closed , a lot of stores were closed as well as restaurants . We didn’t get the room we reserved . Etc . Food places and Wet willies

Bad They put us in a tower that was far away even when we booked in the west tower. They tave us a smoking room when we asked them to switch us. It smelled of weed and cigarettes I could hardly breathe in the room. It looks like the rooms haven't been renovated in 60 years Casino was okay

AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE !! rude ppl at front desk, room next door throwing a party with loud speakers playing Cardi B music until 5 am, hotel couldn’t care less about the situation, room was dirty, they have no breakfast, hotel over crowded ppl without mask, completely disaster. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL absolutely nothing

for a weekend of gambling and fun, it was nice. but if you want a romantic weekend with your partner, choose elsewhere. the hairdryer barely worked and I had to request one from the lobby; they promptly delivered it so that was great! the hallways were very loud. it wreaked of weed, cigarettes, and alcohol throughout the night. i kind of felt like I was staying at a frat house. but the shopping and casinos were nice the room was open and clean. beds were comfy.

The pandemic has changed alot of things about my favorite property in Atlantic City . The North Tower seems to be renovated but outdated still. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. There was no microwave in the room. There no parking garage near our tower. Each and every time we wanted to leave it was a 5 mile hike to the Havana garage. Theres not many hotel staff and no one at the desks to speak with. The view in our room was atrocious.
