Fair The entire parking lot is in need of a facelift and staircase was filthy also scary. You have too many people checking in and checking out at the same time that it is causing too much foot traffic and clutter in elevators causing some people to use staircase that are filthy and unsafe. Even though the bed was a little squeaky it was very comfortable.

Will never go here again. Slipped and fell on the parking garage stairs. Told customer service. They didn't seem to care. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. None of the vending machines were stocked with any drinks. Called customer service who said I’ll just have to deal with room service.

I didn't like the stay at all due to the reasons mentioned above. Check in process was painful, there were long lines and only 2 people to serve. There were lines to get into elevators to and from parking garage. rooms were very outdated, when I walked into the room it seems like they just finished moping the floor so it smelled like bleach and the floor still had some wet spots. The bed was not comfortable, no comforters available just a blanket and it was cold at night. This made me miss my comfortable bed at home. There w... read more

it was nice other than room service did not come in and change our towels at all. we didn’t have the do not disturb sign n/a it was a very nice view.
