Very Good Parking charged more than I was told at check in. Indoor pool was full of kids. Should be adult swim time. clean, nice restaurants, felt safe. Nery nicely decorated for Christmas.

A nice getaway but don't stay in the West Tower. When we got there the front desk told us they did not have the King room that we reserved. Our first room in the West Towers was old and dirty. The mattress cover had a huge stain on it that looked like blood. The floors were dirty. The walls looked like wallpaper that was painted over and it was buckling. The chairs had stains on them. The toilet had rust in it that looked like poop. The phone did not work so we could not call the front desk and had to walk all the way back t... read more
