I am older now. My hip was the main factor that determined how my stay was. To much walking. Checking in was a long wait. Walking to car from room was toooo far. The rooms were okay. The food area was exceptional. The staff was polite.
It was unsatisfactory and I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it unless the hotel makes it up. I could have gotten full ocean view with a clean window. I paid for ocean view. I got partial view and the windows were filthy so It was like I got no ocean view. It was a rip off.
Way too expensive for no housekeeping and minimum room service , was not worth the price!!! No housekeeping, stayed multiple days was not notified They no longer do housekeeping , received no prior notification or I would have never stayed , for over.$200 night that is a disgrace! Only certain days n hours for room service , phone did not work, had to call everyday and ask for clean towels, and everything closed at 9! Location was great , Room was big, nice view

Very Poor Pretty much everything. No breakfast. Spartan room. Amenities sucked. Room was near the elevator and super noisy.
Bad Dirty!!!! Horrible experience! Changed rooms both dirty and ended up leaving. Day early.
I was not satisfied at all. I did not like the fact that I had to stand in a long line to check in.I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the room.I did not like the fact that I had to stand in line to get to the parking garage. There should be a better system.Also,I did not like the fact that the cleaning people knocked on my door extra early to clean the room when it was not time for me to check out yet. The room was clean. The room was comfortable. I like the scenery.
