Terrible experience I should start by saying this is the first negative review I have ever written, but the stay was terrible, by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel! Where to start? The first room they gave us had a leak on the ceiling, so we went to ask for them to change it. Even though they ended up doing it, the staff was rude and not very helpful. After some back and forth, they ended up changing us to a different room, which at least didn't have any leaks, but it was a very, *very* old room. The walls ... read more
Exhausting and disappointing! Room was falling apart we were put in the middle of no where with 3 kids had to hike a mile to get to anything so confusing how to find places for kids to go, and who ever said this is a family friendly place needs there head examined people on drugs all over the boardwalk beach is soooooo dirty trash everywhere hotel did nothing to make them feel welcome or for kids to really do! We will never return! So sad they let a fun town get ruined so dirty didnt even smell like the beach! That we left

I got the rest that I needed and that weed smoking was just everywhere That I have to change my bedding and I have to asked for clean towels and wash clothes Didn't have breakfast
Bed bugs Two nights in and I was covered in bed bug bites down my arms and back in the north Havana tower. Now I have to worry about the cost of possibly treating my home in case we had any hitch hikers Close to the beach which was why we chose it

Been here before this time was horrible Couldn’t check in for over an hour because machines weren’t working. There was a line of us. Over a dozen people at the self check in kiosks. Kept calling and getting hung up when asked where to go and telling them the issue. 1 staff left us hanging that was walking by & Mgr looked at us and left whom I saw at the next place to check in once another stayer told us. West Tower The room was dreadful. Smelled of smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The beds were way too soft. The casino and shops
