Were very dirty the price was overpriced location was terrible Waze where I’m comfortable and the fact that he was no he Everything Nothing
I've never complained about a hotel stay. Disappointed definitely don't recommend staying here. The staff was apathetic. The indoor pool was dirty. The outdoor pool closes at 6:00pm and they start telling you to get ready to leave at 5:45. Someone spilled fried rice on the floor near the elevator. It was there for three days. Room service was unavailable both nights. Excellent location.
Par for the course in AC. Beds were tilted down at the head, hair dryer was covered in filth and the hot water was barely there. Room was a good size and the view was very nice.
Not a good experience The service was awful. Staff very rude. The lines for everything were extremely long. I spent most of my time on a line for check in, to pay, to self park, to have my luggage brought in and picked up. Not a pleasant stay and very expensive The room was very nice. The Chelsea pool was beautiful.
Bad No COVID policies regarding cleanliness or sanitize of room they just rented without cleaning from prior person even soap in bathroom used complained at desk girl just chuckled and went in back and didn’t return manager just said will look into it tried from 4 on day of arrival to 1 am a nobody would do anything no masks worn by staff at desk they would go in back room and hear laughter placed should be shut down everyone complaining broken toilets no hot water I will get in touch with New Jersey health department on Mon... read more
Was fine for our plans. Thanks Very crowded check in. Long walk to get to car: food. Maybe bed felt it had sand in sheets. Parking lot and stairwell string smell of urine (I know..can’t really do much about that). NA
Poor I am so disappointed that our room bed sheets were never changed during our 4 day stay. After speaking personally with the front desk, I was told that my request was submitted yet no one showed up. I had to call the front desk just to get a fresh set of towels. I was not aware that breakfast was provided! Although I liked the restaurants within the hotel & casino, I spent most of my time outside on the boardwalk.
My room smelled like cigarettes I don’t even smoke them and all the smoke was always coming through the vents had my roo It was slow it’s not enough check in folks it ranked cigarettes the whole time Nothing
Don't think I would stay again there. The ice machine was broke 3 DAY. The /soda,snack machine NOT FIXED 3 DAYS also on our floor. Even after letting desk know. Location was great. Staff was very nice.t
