Never again, garbage deluxe. When you reserve a suite or a room you expect that room. Not with Tropicana. 3- hour drive away, beter option is taking a flight to Vegas or Florida

I will not go back. It was run down, dirty, smelled and took 20+ minutes to get an elevator up (and down) from our room. I wish I read the reviews prior to my stay. DO NOT BOOK IN WEST TOWER. The bed was comfortable. That was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Fair Check in was a long nightmare many kiosks didn’t work It took us 2hrs 15 mins to finally reach our rm No staff to direct or help you the entire stay All the guests we talked with had all the same complaints I assume a lot of the issues were due to COVID n lack of employees However the guests shouldn’t have to pay the price : ( The room,the casino,location

I will not return to the Tropicana. Check-in is terrible. Better process is needed The Check-in process was terrible. No staff - No guidance and to have to walk through the entire hotel carrying luggage was the worst experience I've ever had. My stay at AC was ruined due to poor customer service, and no staff to help direct the guests.
