Bad We didn't experience great quality or services from Tropicana like they claim it is supposed to be . We paid so much money for very poor services. Plus check out is at 11am ..but the cleaning lady put her key in the door at 10:30am . DONOT COME HERE it is not worth the stay .. go to bally's or ceasar instead. NOTHING...just HORRIBLE

Unsanitary Beds where not clean, sheets had hair and pillows had dirty stains of what we didn't know, staff was upset, questioned why wait dirty, when in fact it was like that. Housekeeping came in and tossed the sheets upset I told him I wanted all the sheets and linen changed Immediately. Manager at front desk was so nonshalant look at me like really come on this hotel is no good I rather stay safe the motels at least I know what I'm getting Absolutely nothing

Fair The rooms were basic. Nothing like what was pictured. I love the fact that they made sure everyone kept mask on. Sanitizer was consistently made available

Havana tower. The Havana tower was the only nonsmoking tower available. Well we checked in and it was a hike to get there I kid you not. When finally in the room, coming out of the vents was the smell of pot. I was staying in this forsaken tower because it was no smoking. How can people that smoke pot be so damn ignorant and smoke indoors. That smells awful. Not even lime cigarette smoke, but rancid. Our friends got locked out of their room twice. Disappointing rooms was terrible for the price and elevator wait was crazy took over a hour to get on the elevator carbines and wet willy
The hotel is too far grime everything. The food was expensive. The room was nice.

Nightmare Well i booked a smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room and did t tell me i smoked a cigarette and two security officer banged on my door and was very rude to me about an alarm going off because i smoked well i thought i was in a smoking room he was super rude and cocky that was friday night then Saturday night i got woken up to an employee trying to enter my room i had the chain lock on and them banging the door open is what woke me up i jumped up and ran to the door and it was an hotel employee saying so... read more

not satisfied nor happy, Tropicana needs an update/renovation ASAP Room too small, chain in door was broken. Dusty lamps, dirty desks, fridge going on and off. Bathroom door slides only, should have a door with knob and should be able to lock door. There was an incident where next door neighbor was pranking, knocking on a number of doors claiming they were "police" including our door.
