Never saw staff since you guys don’t clean rooms anymore, called for clean towels & soap & trash bags never rece Too busy, elevators backed up & long wait to get to rooms! Parking garage elevators not working on Saturday & we were parked in the 4th floor! Very inconvenient for us carrying coolers & stuff!

Not impressed for the amount of money we paid for the room, very disappointed in our stay. Staff was incredibly rude, started right off the bat from the security guard out front to the bell hop before we even got into the hotel. 3 times the room key didn't work, had to have it changed twice and just waited for my husband that last time. Machines weren't cleaned as often as over at the Edgewater in between players. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. Irish security guard on Monday was very nice.

Disappointed The room was dirty The toilet clogged Limited on towels No shampoo or conditioner Had a fire going on & alarm didn’t go off. The price

Very Poor Ac was not cold The bed was very hard They did not clean my room & never changed my towels vacation The philly cheese steak

Would choose another hotel to stay Understaffed. Unpleasant staff members. No gloves were being used for the workers in all establishments of the hotel including restaurants. Only masks were worn. Restaurant food was good. Good location . Price is reasonably

It will be a cold day in Hell before I stay here again, or recommend this place to anyone else! The room was unclean, reservations messed up. Had to pay one night for a room that wasn’t used, almost didn’t get to stay for a second night that was paid for! Not much to like.

Bad I did not like that they attack my nephew opening his room .. We contact security and staff for what happend ... They did not act proffetional. I'm really disappointed we were there for our mini vacation with my family and kids. Not even a whole day when this happen. We were not safe in Tropical Hotel.. We check out next day at 6:00 am.
