Poor They didn't bring new towels & didn't clean the room . The AC wasn't that great.

Bad Father's Day the line was an hour or more long from 3:00 p.m. 10:10 p.m. I couldn't even wait in line kept coming back couldn't check in

The staff response time was awful. They did not clean our room each day. When I called to request extra towels & toi Staff was unresponsive & rude. When I called to ask why housekeeping never cleaned our room, they said new guidelines are that you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room. However, no one mentioned that until it was too late. I called at about 7:30pm because we had been gone all day and asked if they could come and clean the room & bring extra towels/toilet paper. Stay was ok, but nothing exciting. House keeping, never cleaned our room, did not replenish coffee or bottle water. Pool was too crowded, no social distancing, did not feel safe so we didn’t use. Resort was pretty, easy access, friendly staff.

Disappointing The whole elevator situation was abysmal. It seemed to me that you were trying to keep people safe by not allowing to many people in the elevator... but created a massive congregation while waiting for the elevator?
