Poor The only person that was nice to us was the maid and front desk the person checking us in everyone else treat us badly. The room were cheap but they did not have refrigerator or microwave my husband is debatic and we had to keep his medication on ice

2 hour check in, elevators broken to garage. 30 minute elevator lines. Called to cancel last night due to all the problems and no telephone answer. When attendant answered she promised only a 30 second wait and never came on line to allow me to cancel, charging me for the last night. Location
Interesting stay to say the least but hopefully the next visit will be better to this property No cleaning service available during our 3 night stay, no offer of additional towels or water part of the resort fees. Only the deli and coffee shop open but all specialty restaurant closed or open on Friday and Saturday only. Power failure for few hours in the tower rooms along with no water for about an hour was not a pleasant experience. Rundown. Will stay elsewhere next time. I disliked the chiller system. It did not keep the room cool enough. The mattresses were so uncomfortable! There was a spring poking out in one bed and it was a nightmare to sleep! Also the toilet continuously ran and ran all night long unless you turned off the water at the valve. There were several hairs found in my bed and the hotel did not practice social distancing at the pool whatsoever. Poor
We were in need of a place to sleep, so we picked the cheapest option. We got what we paid for. The check in process took well over an hour. There were only 3 hotel employees working the desk on the first night of a holiday weekend. They were FAR too busy to only have 3 employees working on check in guests and answering phones. Don’t stay here The room was filthy-the walls are paper thin you can hear the conversations going on in the rooms around you. Ppl yelling in the hallways doors slamming kept waking me up all night long. Will never stay there again The room was only $30 per night
