Horrible stay. Elevators did not work. My family member was stuck in side for a hour and nothing was being done. My first night I called down to the front desk because the people staying next to us were extremely loud and were that way until 2 am. Security was sent up and nothing was done. I asked to move to another room the following morning. Management is extremely rude. I will not be returning here. Bed was comfortable

Poor There was bed bugs, Something itchy when laying down
Ok enough The hotel room had no fridge. We couldn’t adjust the air conditioner. The toilet broke the first time we used it. The hotel was just old. Needs an update. The location. It was close to everything.
Fair I understand with everything going on but they could of gave us clean towels. And the last night I was there I got bit up. So they should clean the rooms better The guy name Tad that worked at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. And Virginia from the cleaning crew graveyard shift was also amazing
Poor Only 2 agents at the Front Desk with a long line. I checked in about 7 or 8 after being at the lake with jet skis. The lady who checked me in was a bit rude. She didn’t have a friendly tone. She didn’t use manors, such as please and thank you and she seemed very annoyed. I believe she was a manager bc she had on a different shirt which was white. I expect better service from such. Will never stay there waited 1 hr 30min to check in. waited 1hr 30 min to have my key re programmed for the 6 time. NO MAID SERVICE DIRTY ROOM. NO TOWELS. WI FI WAS TERRIBLE UNABLE TO CONNECT and no one to help when calling the front desk, very disappointed , we not be staying there again.. the pool side cafe and great sandwiches and had great coffee and drinks
