Disappointing
won’t go again anytime soon. Food was not as good as previous stays. Salad was wilted and instead of shredded cheese as described on the paper menu it had chunks of velveeta. Understaffed. Room never got made up.
Disappointing I book a smoking room and I confirmed the day before and then when we got there I was told it was first come and did not get a smoking room. No room service. Most staff was friendly but a couple of staff on the casino floor rude. Most staff

Fair Our room had a few bugs in it and our room never got cleaned and we had the sigh for cleaning on the whole time
Disappointing Had problems air condition didn't work didn't get the room we reserved no shower curtain in the room couldn't get towels to take a shower when we finally got a curtain staff was uncooperative I'd like a refund The one restaurant we ate in cardigans food was good service was good
Won stay again Housekeeping was rude and didnt accomadate simple things like towels or toilet paper.

Poor The room ac doesn’t work. The bed super uncomfortable. When we went to play every time I asked for a drink they told me to wait for someone in my area I literally played 4 hours and managed to finally get a first drink service is horrible honestly so dissapointed first and last time here.

Not a pleasant get away.But will try again. Tight machines, our bed was not good,pillows flat,and we were kept up all night with kids playing in hall,and noisy parent laughing .we think they kept their doors open and went back and fourth food was good,service was excellent,

Would not be one of my first choices for a stay From the moment we pulled up and "greeted" by the bellman we got nothing but rude service. The front desk was rude. Almost all of the staff we encountered were rude. The housekeepers were nice and helpful. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I did address this with a supervisor, unfortunately the supervisor was one if the rude ones at the front desk. She did apologize and invite us back for a do over. So we will see.
