Disappointing The rooms don't have a mirror in the room, only the bathroom. They didn't post that the only way to get your room cleaned was to hang the sign on the door. It's typically assumed you only hang the sign to let them know it's available because you headed out before the normal cleaning time or you want them to pass. Here, it's if you want it cleaned at all which is the only way to get fresh towels unless you call and request them. Poor Bathroom kept leaking, reported two times. Didn't get fixed. Last night water ran all night making it uncomfortable to try to get sleep The In and Out next door.

Worth looking for another hotel. We paid for a re modeled room but got a older room, we checked the difference after we checked in. An quickly realized that there is not difference between the newly renovated vs the classic room. The decor was old and out dated. There was no safe inside the room to secure personal items. The shower was backed up from the first person taking a shower. Which made everyone else shower in ankle high water. The room was full of dust all over the nightstand, tv stand/dresser. It was not worth the money I pad. They sold us the resort plus king bed over the classic room saying that it was a difference between night and day and to my eyes my friend had the classic and not much difference at all and we paid more than they did for nothing. I ordered extra 2 pillows and they never came. I kept calling and all they said was “ ok I will let my staff know” and nothing. To wait and it should be there within 20 minutes. NEVER Received them. The bed was comfortable
