Bad No gaming tables I ordered my food at the only restaurant that they had open they lost my order I waited half an hour then walked up for them to tell me they didn't have my order and when I told him my number they demanded the receipt which I have thrown away cuz I had memorized my number so I had to dig in the trash for them to tell me they had no order of mine up there even though I have the receipt so I asked for a refund which I got an attitude for All in all it took me about 45 minutes to get no food in attitude and... read more

Fair Bathroom toliet water was running constantly and wouldnt stop. Loud people next store. Was told classic was totally different from resort plus but did not see a difference. My brother n law had a classic and I had a resort and rooms didnt seem different and feel I was sold more expensive room that was suppose to be night and day difference. Paid over 200+ when could of purchased room for total of 174.00 and saved. Bed was comfortable
Laughlin We found a syringe in the room by the elevator....gross Also hardly and places in the hotel open to eat if casino is open food places should be also. Love Laughlin The bed here is comfortable

Very Poor Normally, i have had a good experience in Laughlin. Given the circumstances and them having just reopened. I upgraded my room to the main casino building. Upon entering the room it was really dusty, took us about 30 minutes just to wipe down everything. We had no toilet paper, which we bought while at the grocery store that night. Only had 1 towel. Luckily we brought our own. Called the front desk to request towels and paper and never arrived. I also did not like that every other casino had their tables opened but ... read more

Do not stay here Everything. The crowd was undesirable, I'm supposed to be receiving a refund but charges are still pending. Never stay here, Ever. Nothing, absolutely nothing.
