Very Good The elevators were not so clean. But they where fast Friendly easy to find everything.

Exceptional Everything was excellent
Perfectly imperfect We had to call each time to get trash taken and new towels. We didn't have a door sign and when we got one someone took it. And we don't think it was staff as the room was not cleaned. Pool cafe had good nachos and ice cream, didn't get a chance for the other stuff. Staff inside the cafe sounded tired and maybe over worked, they weren't the friendliest and the young gentleman wasn't listening as I had to repeat order ice cream order 4times.
