Very Good Our refrigerator was off when we got into our room. We turned it on because we had some leftover food and the refrigerator never got cold and released water all over our food. Ruining our food. There was also BIO fluids on the kleenex box, toilet and sink area in the bathroom.

Very Good I didn’t like there was no microwave or fridge in the room. If the room had both or at least a microwave it would’ve a lot better. Overall the room was good, the staff was great, the location is really nice!

Great stay, excellent location and had a blast I still dont understand what the resort fee is for? Hot tub is closed, pool is cold. Great space out by the pool would have been great if everything was working and warm. What a great stay, much better than before. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I was upgraded because they didnt have the room that I booked. Very comfortable, it was a great stay. Excellent location to the concert and really appreciated the shuttle service to Harrah's and the concernt.
Always stay here when in the area. N/A Location and very quiet rooms.
