the experience was amazing casino was too smoky from all the people smoking the food, room exceeded my expectations.
Overall great stay, will stay here again! Had an issue with the shower hot water. Would get luke warm at best. Took a chilly shower the first day. Spoke with staff and they promptly swapped us to another room. These things happen, some people throw a rant but there’s no need for that’s. Just kindly inform the staff and they will resolve it Easy access to parking, food, casino.
Exceptional Que un día hicieron la limpieza del cuarto demasiado tarde porque tuvimos que solicitarlo. Y al día siguiente madrugaron, nos tocaron la puerta a las 8am obviamente estábamos desvelados, dormidos aún. Fue el pequeño detalle. Fácil acceso al Hotel, en la ave principal, el personal muy amable.
