Good Our room NEVER got housekeeping services even after requesting it with front desk. Friendly staff. Ice machine actually worked 6th floor Promonade Tower.

Pleasant Several restaurant choices are missing. Been staying at Trop Laughlin for several decades. Quick, easy, though very loud and VERY crowded at check-in

Good We had reserved a non-smoking room three months prior. Upon checking in they had no non-smoking rooms. After speaking with management we were finally up graded to an non-smoking executive suite. The first room they wanted us to occupy was a smoking room . The whole ordeal delayed us getting into a room by almost 90 minutes .

Our room could have been better! Room appeared tacky, broken towel rack, no Kleenex in the dispenser, no light bulbs in one of the lamps. Very small TV. Was charged a resort fee, didn’t use the pool. Parking was very accessible
