Pleasant I didnt like that the rooms weren't cozy and they had a funky dirty smell. We've ask them to. Lean the room and not once did they come and do the bed, clean the bathroom or even take out the trash. I like that everyone was so friendly

Good for one night but not an extended stay Rooms were not “luxury” and did not appear like the photos in Booking.com. I paid extra for a luxury room and we received a standard room. Pool

We keep coming to the Tropicana because of the kind atmosphere . We all have things that we can leave at the door , even The smell of marijuana in the hall. Unfortunately for me I have asthma and it was uncomfortable. That is not the fault of if the resort. That was the people that disrespected your property. Everything was clean . The pool was wonderful. The first time my husband went swimming with me in the resort pool. The front desk employees are wonderful. So helpful. The valet and bell service helped us greatly.
