Wonderful The toilet was very short. Hard to get off for seniors . There was no help getting up.. We did ask for handicapped room but it was not. Security was wonderful when my Sister fell. Tiffany at the front desk was very quick in getting help and the 2 Gentleman that came to help were kind and gentle with her.. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and well cared for.
Exceptional The green for 1 dollar menu was hard to read, but buy one get one for dollar was great!!! This should be posted in next box, but when get be 80 years old, sometimes the brain does not work right.
Pleasant The room needs an upgrade. No usb ports at all to charge your equipment. The TV is also very small, especially with 2 queen beds sharing it. Restaurant staff wasn't very attentive. We were seated for breakfast and left after 10 minutes when no one came to take our order. And $9 for a beer in the hotel lounge? It's Laughlin, not Vegas! The location was great. There was an In n Out right outside the door. The restaurant inside the hotel was a good value. Room was clean and spacious.

Good One of the jets on the jacuzzi was missing the piece that directs the water so water started shooting out everywhere when I turned it on. There was no information in the room about pool hours or local places to eat or order from. Quiet, jacuzzi tub was huge. Check-in staff was friendly. Upgrade was only$20 at check-in.
Over night stay They allow dogs and we found dog feces in the hallway and elevator. Convenient to restaurants and casinos
Decent stay but was better before Stayed in casino tower. Not as nice as other tower. Bed was hard and found beer bottle caps in room that were not cleaned from previous guests. Staff were great and pool was nice.
Wonderful
Me and my future wife will definitely go back another time. That I couldn’t stay more days… Everyone and everything were super professional.
