Pleasant The room we reserved wasn't available and the room she gave us wasn't a smoking room like the one we ordered was a king smoking she gave us two queens no smoking! We had a great time hotel wasnt very busy pool was completely empty we had it all to ourselves!

Ok for what I paid. I did not like paying a resort fee. Resort rooms have table and chairs and microwave.. I own a resort.

Exceptional Genuinely a great hotel for the price. We stayed in laughlin about 4 times now and we’ve stayed in different hotels every time, something about each hotel that makes itself unique. As for tropicana my favorite parts or part was the In N out being right outside lol, The staff was the only thing i could nag at I had a ride experience checking in as the lady who helped us didn’t sound like she wants to be there
