Pleasant That they should always check if the rooms are clean and everything working before having new clients go in. They first gave me a room all dirty. Then they gave me a different room with no lightbulbs working.
Exceptional The heater didn't work its hot in the day but cold at night, we called and servicec was sent to fix the heater we were also offered to move to another room but we opted to stay and it heated up later. Our family loved b our stay. The room we're clean and very comfortable to be another hotel everything looked nice and smelled good we will book again!!
