Fair Cleaning, for the bathroom to have been swept, and the room to be dusted down Was not asked if I wanted a fridge in my room. Good.

Disappointing Had a firm reservation through Bookings for KING non-smoking and got a two Queen, smoking. Was there for only a short sleep and on my way. Carpet was not vacuumed sufficiently (swizel stick base of nightstand, large crumbs next to bed frame leg. Guess I got what a bargain room charge rate provides. Room was spacious enough for two queen beds, bathroom was also spacious

We didn’t care for it, we won’t be coming back to stay. There was no staff, I ordered extra towels and the left them on my bed unfolded the next day. There was no cart to take my luggage down or a bellman. The property and location is great, it looks really nice outside.

Fair 3 elevators were down. Took 1/2 hour to get from 15th floor to lobby. Check in clerks talking among themselves while line to check in got longer.

Poor Elevator took over 35/40 min and room was not cleaned at all My sheets and blankets smelled horrible the floor was dirty and the bathroom looked like it was barely clean , elevators were horrible waited over 45 min for them .
