Poor The customer service during check-in was horrible. Arrived at 8pm and was told room was still not available. Employee was unbelievably rude.

First room was beyond dirty, moved to another room. Second room bathroom light didn’t work, our friends sink next door n Dirty rooms. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom wasn’t swept, toilet was dirty, sink was full of hair, drains wouldn’t drain, cigarette ashes everywhere, shower was gross. Dresser & nightstands were full of cigarette ashes & dust. Live music bar was great.

It was a very hot day in July, drove over 8 hours and had to deal with hotel problems I did not like problems with elevators—having to wait in long line becaude elevator was not working. I did not like that we had multiple problems with our room key not working and we had to go to front desk to figure it out multiple times
