Disappointing Bathroom, flooring, lighting Beds were not made very well, comfortable mattress bedding didn't fit. Rooms need to be updated

It was bearable for the short stay. Cleaning We were there for 4 days and asked numerous times to have the room cleaned. The room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. There is a horrible smell as soon as you enter. The only good thing is the thrifty ice cream shop.

I’ve seen cleaner rooms in motels throughout Mexico. Been to this hotel the last two trips and both times the rooms were not that clean, the shower curtain rod was broken, the toilet paper holders were loose and just about pulled out, the shower/tub had holes in it. Pillow covers and towels were not clean and came with an odor. Food was good, restaurants staff was great. Pool side cafe was great all around.

Choosing a different hotel next time I’m in Laughlin. Checked in for a 1 night stay at 1am in the morning and they would not accommodate us for a late check out. Once we reached the room there was sunflower seeds left from previous guest all over the floor, the toilet seat was loose- had to adjust it every time you would sit down, and the toilet barely wanted to flush. This resort meets minimum expectations. There was a bed and working A/C.

Awful Other guest started a fight with our friends that also stayed with us. It was uncomfortable because they didn’t kicked them out only Move our friends to different room.
