Worst experience The room was dirty and mold on the air vents. The toilet was broken. When I called down stairs they didn't care. O have never been to a casino where they allow children to be out walking around at all hours The location was great. Had a good sandwich shop inside. They also had a great 80's band playing in the bar.

I had a good time. That the room had no refrigerator. In my room the toilet always ran. I had to fix it all the time. room good. liked the pool area. beds were nice. I slept well. I did have some problems getting a blanket for my sister, some staff tried to charge her 45 dollars to get a blanket. They need to make sure their staff is honest and not trying to con the customers. Not a good experience, I rented the room for two nights but I only stayed there Saturday night. I rented a room at anoth Not clean! The room carpet was dirty, they didn’t even vacuum the carpet. The bathroom was dirty too!

Fair Poolside cafe employees , very rude trying to rush orders , Asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese , so irritated I didn’t notice she gave me a bagel non toasted with lots of cream cheese. Just think someone should help in there at least with management, I didn’t want to ask her to fix it since it was a rude conversation from the start.

3, Check in receptionist was rude. Poolside restaurant staff was rude also. The bed where comfortable. The staff in pool side restaurant were mean and check in were trouble.🤦 Never again will stay there.

Not a pleasant experience From the moment we walked into the lobby it felt unwelcoming. The person who checked us in to our room was not helpful when we were asking questions about the property. We were not provided a receipt and she went over the charges very quickly. It was not busy at the time, no one else was in line to check in. When we asked for both of our rooms close by she said the best she can do was 8 doors down from one another. They were actually 18 doors almost on opposite ends of the hotel.
