Disappointing Alles sehr ist runter gekommen. Die Ausstattung vom Zimmer ist von 1990 oder früher! Keine Steckdosen am Bett - fürs aufladen vom Handy etc. Badezimmer dreckig, Wasserhahn verkalkt, Bad voller Risse. Eine kleine Wasserflasche im Hotel-Shop für 7$ erhältlich. Unverschämt. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Außensfassaden, mehr aber auch nicht!

bad no fridge or microwave so if your staying awhile be prepared…didn’t think about it when booking even a motel 6 has that I haven’t been anywhere that didn’t have one or other. was not clean at hair and trash in drawers,dust just dirty. and bring your own pillows I even paid for an upgraded room. and god forbid u call the desk with request or even a question. this place was very misleading in its description and policy upon booking I was charged $450 security fee that I wasn’t aware of until after please read full policy b... read more

we went to Laughlin for a concert. first time visiting Laughlin. would never stay at the Tropicana hotel or recommend. rooms are old and dirty. We had to wipe down the furniture in the room because it hadn’t been done. bathroom tube was gross. found someone fingernail it toe nail on the bathroom counter so we know the rooms don’t get wiped down. had to lay down a towel because I didn’t want my feet to touch to be in contact with the filth. supposedly upgraded to a better room that I was told was newer and better quality furn... read more

Inexpensive room, but went elsewhere to gamble. Dust was so thick under the tv, that I wrote my name in it. Didn’t open the roulette wheel at all while I was there. Inexpensive rooms.

sucked ass staff, elevator’s, charged double for our stay,front desk was rude as hell . the green lights

I'll never go back. 1. No fridge (requested one upon making reservation 3 months in advance to keep my medications refrigerated like they're supposed to). 2. Requested room away from elevators. (Got room closest to elevator. Called front desk and was told too bad). 3. TV didn't work. (Engineer called out to fix it). 4. Toilet didn't work. (A different engineer was called out to fix it). 5. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. (Had to travel to different floor for ice). 6. Front desk staff were absolutely rude. My wife almos... read more

Chose this hotel because of proximity to the concert site and price. It was ADEQUATE but disappointing. Will not stay th Room was in need of general maintenance. Shutters on the windows had missing hardware. Drains in sink and shower drained extremely slowly. Almost called maintenance. All eight Elevators to the Promenade Tower worked on Wednesday and Thursday. However on Friday when the surge of guests occurred, 3-4 of them were out of service creating long lines of people with bags heading up to their room. Convenient loca... read more

good but not the best the shower had no pressure no fan in the bathroom smelled a little like smoke the hair dryer didn’t work fun place to stay on the strip close to everything
