Poor 1) the change of my room from a regular 2 queen beds to a handicap room with no toilet paper no towels and shower head broken . All the staff are great.

Decent Service. Asked for towels and toiletties on our second night stay and they never brought them. Sink was clogged.

Unacceptable for a Cesar's property Are room was not clean and had a wet spot on the rug near the ac which was causing mold. Me and my family are sick now due to the mold problem from the wet spot in the rug. Not happy about our stay here. They also offer no maid service here. Nothing everything was bad from the beginning.

Fair Leider wurden wir um 4 Uhr morgens durch einen wake up call geweckt den wir nicht bestellt hatten. Um halb 6 wurden wir dann vom Housekeeping geweckt.

Disappointing We did not have a cleaning crew come in at all since we were there. Even when we asked for housekeeping to clean the rooms they did not come and clean the whole time we were there The price was reasonable

It was ok just wish more for the kids to do That they didn’t do my full room service plus just left sheets to make my own bed plus they didn’t replace towels in bathroom
