very disappointed lack of food venues,no drink service at machines. parking

I won’t return 1 ply toilet paper. shower water pressure is weak. toilet is very short. the pillows are very thin and are the worst. small tv. no vent in bathroom. the elevators were very fast

It was adequate. The staff checked with us on how our room was and asked if there was deficiencies , BUT a the questions were asked within two minutes of us getting to our room and we had not had a chance to look around at all or to use the facilities. After the staff member left we found the bathroom sink did not drain. There was no drapes to cover the window and although there were wooden blinds this did not keep the light out. The whole facility seems to be getting old and going down hill. I expected more from the Tropica... read more

Would not stay here again unless I had no other choice. Internet working intermittently at best AC did not cool completely No ingredients at the bar for drinks Had to upgrade to have desk, microwave and/or fridge.....even Motel 6 has these items in their rooms at no extra charge

The Tropicana needs to start exceeding the customer experience! The bathroom in my room was very dirty. There was what looked like blood spatter on the cabinet beneath the sink as well as what looked like coffee stains dripping down the wall. No room service, the maid knocking on our door in the morning asking if we were leaving when in fact we were there for another night. No microwave. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The price of the room was good this trip. The convenience of the casino tower room.

cool car show not going to Tropicana again outdated, not friendly, poor following of directions asked for a smoking room and was given non smoking, asked for adjoining rooms was given rooms on separate floors even tho I reserved and noted all of it proximity

It was a poor destination choice! Laughlin and it’s casinos are trying to survive in a dying city. It was a bad experience and we ended up leaving the town and went to Las Vegas. Nothing, property was old and smelly. It felt like you were living on top of an old ash tray.

I’m sorry to say but I won’t stay there again. not enough towels- I stayed2 nights and only given 2 towels for 2 of us. not enough blankets bought carrot cake from little store beside pool and cake tasted like fridge maybe sitting to long and open door knob in bathroom very loose I caught my finger on knob called front desk to ask question and for more towels left me on hold never came back to phone I hung up called back and another lady answered and help me lady at front desk didn’t explain very well about garage parking an... read more
