was horrible. our room smelled bad and our bathroom was dirty outdated and smelly close to the river.

not staying again place was dirty but want to charge like a 4 star hotel no one cleaned pool it was very dirty there was mold in my shower

Have stayed at this location before this time was very not happy with them will not stay again. The place was not busy seemed to have lot of empty rooms. We were put on the 11th floor and all the way down the hall do not think anybody else was on floor. So I thought they could put us closer to the elvators, also ice machine did not work on this floor. THE LOCATION.

trip was last minute my uncle passed away , arrived 1030 pm no valet to assist waited over an hour in line to check in , bathroom sink never drained shower was disgusting water went everywhere , ceiling in room had stains , room was not like picture described. requested handicap with tub didn’t get one , I took my 83 year old mom who uses a Walker and can’t get around easily , gift shop
