would not stay here again cobwebs in the room, broken toilet that kept running, pictures didn’t match what was advertised comfortable bed and friendly staff

Brief and disappointing. No table games. Restaurants closed. Casino smelled like stale smoke. The property seemed lifeless. Nowhere on the website explained that the casino was basically shut down during the week and only open completely on weekends. We were only there for two hours when we decided to leave and go home.
TROPICANA REALLY MESSED UP RECUPERATING!! Where to begin your staff sucks the room I stayed in 2465 look it up I will be fighting the charges because the room was filthy it has not been clean before the pandemic let alone they don't have a regular housekeeper on floor 24 says the Manager housekeeper who came and looked at the gross room.
