not very happy with my stay this time at Tropicana. it will be my last time staying there. the last two times I had stay reception staff are rude. Hotel does not have backup power for when power was down. Only casino had power but the entire hotel had no power and no water, while other hotels had power service, and water. location

Disappointed The rooms are outdated somewhat for the price you pay. There is no fridge or microwave in any of the rooms which was a disappointment. No exhaust fans in the bathroom for after you take a shower it gets super fogged up. Our last night there the power went out for 2 hours which left everyone in a panic. I know it is a "family" friendly hotel, but we seemed to get stuck on the floor with all the kids! We will not be going back to that hotel. for my future visit to Laughlin I will be booking at other hotels except Tropicana. very disappointed of my last trip to Reception staff are rude, the hotel does not have backup power for when power goes down. Only the casino had power but the entire hotel had no power and no water when the storm happened. other hotels had power in the hotel room and casino and they also had water. location

never again We booked through booking and we were advised that the 2nd floor was what we paid for. This is the 1st time we were given such a “crappy” room because of a 3rd party booking. The room was missing furniture, so they brought us a stain covered chair. There was an ashtray in our room and the room was musty/smoky smelling. There was a storm and the power went out for several hours. No lights, air conditioning or service. We had to leave our restaurant before being served.
