Bad We had to change our room twice, and the second room ended with water leaking from the room above . we got a lot of sorry s but still got charge for the day. Not much, we've stayed there before. But the service and hotel was better before

won't stay there next year 1 couldn't get anyone to clean the room. 2 all gambling machines want to much money per play 3 restaurant food not prepared as requested parking , location, pool cafe food

It was ok not sure I would book again to stay. My first room I was given was dirty and had stains on the wall and the floor. Bathroom didn’t look very clean. I liked how friendly the staff was when I need to get a different room.

NO refrigerator No microwave For the price you would think you would have small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The deli where we got coffee every morning

this place stinks! look above it was within walking distance of the concert for Brooks and Dunn. But that was it. The machines were so tight, you could not win a single dime. our room smelled like a sewer. When we checked in at 3 o’clock, our regular room was not available so the manager gave us this room that smelled like a sewer. Very very disappointed.

it was “ok”. chaotic checkin!!! kiosks weren’t working properly. no sun on the pool at 3:00 pm due to the tower. no fridge in room. coffee is yuck. room just felt grungy/old. door safety lock was loose, toilet seat lid broken and came off in my hand. sink drain broken. restaurants and pool and amenities not enough to handle the volume of people/rooms. poorly planned facility doorman actually walked us thru the hotel to fin our elevator
