Nice view I didn't like that they only put 2 towels in the room when I told them there would be 4 people staying. The table games at the casino had some weird rules that aren't like any casino I've been to. The pool was over flowing with people and looked pretty dirty. I liked how close the hotel was to everything. The food spots in the casino were pretty good. Also the view from the room was really nice.

Poor Q llame 3 veces para q limpiaran y me dieran toallas secas y papel y nunca llegaron con nada 3 días estuve ahí y con las mismas toallas mojadas y sin papel también dejé en la puerta la tarjeta de servicio y nada La alberca y la ubicación
Fair Parking and staff are awesome We had to change rooms twice. There wasn’t a pull out sofa as advertised then the second room shower facet wouldn’t shut off. Finally got in the third room and the toilet stopped working. The pillows were dirty needing to be replaced.The staff was awesome during all these events though.
Bad We have to pay for WiFi
Terrible-Terrible-Terrible Room was very dated and smelled musty - the one and only vent in the room was at the side of the window, horrible setup, could not keep room cool -Nothing open -Other than our room , hotel was dirty (elevator, hallways, etc) - most restaurants were all closed. We did eat in cafe for breakfast, food was terrible. When mentioned it to staff , she was snarky and said we’ll have a good day “anyway” Only positive…good rate and our room was clean.
