Bad The room was dirty,the air conditioning didn't work,their was no house keeping, no clean bathroom,the toilet didn't work,no shower towels, and their customers service was rude Their staff was rude My family was happy that experience was over

Decepción tropicana Entre un viernes y salí el lunes nunca fueron a limpiar mi cuarto porque dijeron que eso lo tienes que pedir yo e estado en varios Estados y siempre que me hospedo en los hoteles hacen el servicio por eso uno paga los cargos
Not hot weather to take a shower it’s was freezing cold :/ and the toilet never stopped flushing when we got in ther It’s was clean but just not hat water and toilet kept flushing
unable to recommend hall way and carpet dirty ... housekeeping not doing their job....rooms carpet dirty bathroom ok...not enough new machine ....not giving staffs
Ok Kids could not enjoy the pool I asked for xtra towels and blanket never got to me and my room had a used feminine napkin wrapping on the floor Convenient to our destinations for the days we stayed
Bad Security is si bad They stole our jet sky from the parking lot !!!!
