Troy helped me through the rate locking process. He insured that I got documentation showing that my rate was locked. When my final loan disclosure was found to reflect the incorrect loan rate, he got the final loan disclosure corrected the next business day with the correct loan rate at a reduced cost. Marissa David, his assistant, was really great to work with too.
