Zero Stars!! We chose this hotel because it’s only a month old and we figured it would very clean and new. On the first night the room had an odor but we chalked it up to the hotel being new. I woke up the next morning smelling a strong urine odor. My nightshirt has to be removed and bagged immediately. I pulled back the sheets and mattress pad to discover a huge circle of urine stain on the bed. NOT enough STAFF! Just opened, the only person in the entire building was a maid folding towels. To check us in, she spent long time on phone receiving instructions on how to. I purposely chose Hilton property because if Covid Cleanliness Standards & sealed door practices. This property had ZERO. Also, I chose room with bathtub but property HAS NO BATHTUB!
