Everything was great except the sound of doors being opened and allowed to slam shut all night. Maybe something to mute the slamming for people who don’t care if your trying to sleep next door. The smell in the lobby was a bit overwhelming to people with odor sensitivities or allergy/sinus problems. Love the look and feel of the hotel and it was a great value.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we advise guests that Quiet time starts at 10 PM and ends at 7 AM. I apologize that you had to experience that. We will also review our Air freshener in the lobby, we want it to smell go upon arrival but not overwhelming. We hope this finds you well.

Dirty This hotel is brand new so thats why I picked it. It was very stylish and modern. It was easy to check in and out. The beds were very comfortable. However I picked a new hotel hoping it would be the cleanest with Covid-19 going on right now. I pulled out the desk chair to sit and found pieces of granola bar still in the seat (picture) and in the bathroom behind the door were a ton of cob webs and so much dirt and dust on the floor. Zero Stars!! We chose this hotel because it’s only a month old and we figured it would very clean and new. On the first night the room had an odor but we chalked it up to the hotel being new. I woke up the next morning smelling a strong urine odor. My nightshirt has to be removed and bagged immediately. I pulled back the sheets and mattress pad to discover a huge circle of urine stain on the bed. NOT enough STAFF! Just opened, the only person in the entire building was a maid folding towels. To check us in, she spent long time on phone receiving instructions on how to. I purposely chose Hilton property because if Covid Cleanliness Standards & sealed door practices. This property had ZERO. Also, I chose room with bathtub but property HAS NO BATHTUB!
