Disappointing Room was dirty. Spills on wall by both beds. Shampoo and lotion dispenser empty. Hallways need vacuumed, spills all over tile. Receptionist was rude at check in... For $159 night, disappointing. Won’t be back ☹️

Not worth it! This hotel has only.been open for 3 months! So you would ASSUME it would be clean. But it wasnt. I lifted rhe sheets up to get into bed and there was black stuff everywhere. I refused to sleep in the bed incase it was bed bugs and i had a newborn with me. The walls were disgustingly dirty. There was no shampoo left in its wall container. Not the stay we expected. The room appeared clean when we walked in, but a closer look, the floors were dirty and the countertops were dirty. We bought some clorox wipes to to clean up and had teh housekeeper sweep the floor for us. Of course there was no house keeping services, due to COVID. The toilet seats were cehap plastic snap on and kept coming off. Not a pleasant stay.

Room was to small for price. No closet in the room . No house keeping.

The TRU Brand certainly has a European feel to it in regards to size, this brand caters to the overnight traveler that just needs a clean comfortable place to rest. We recommend our Hilton Garden Inn properties or Homewood Suites if you are looking for a Larger room or suites. Take care and well wishes.

Poor quality *we are not very picky people. This was truly a bad hotel stay. If they took charge of the unruly guests, it would have been a basic cheap hotel! It was busy and they did okay not their best. Cops were called by a different guest, i believe someone was trying to break in their room. No matter the complaints they took no control over their guests. Until 3 am the downstairs hallways and lobby were full of people.They never asked them to leave/go to their rooms. Hair in the shower. Can hear everything from rooms across hallway and downstairs. People banging on walls from 2 am to 6 am.
