Customer service was good but not happy about discontinuing the Family Plan. That was the only reason I traveled to your place for my oil changes. Guess I will be going somewhere else.
Service rep Robert was great. He got me in quickly for my warranty repairs and helped me navigate my warranty coverage.
Service Advisor Travis Guerero did a nice job documenting the issues I wanted addressed, providing information on what the technicians would do and when to expect I could pick up my vehicle. He also did a follow-up call a day later to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service!

I had a great experience with the service department, as I always do with Noe, my preferred Service Advisor. He was able to get our Fleet truck in and out quickly. Better than any other dealership around.

Nate is always willing to help me with what ever I need . I have 2008 f150 king ranch and 2018 Expedition and 2022 f350 dully. I have been using ford for a long time now as you can see.
