I came to Truck City for service to my Ford. Noe was wonderful! The dealership was busy but I never felt that I wasn't a valued customer. I have purchased my last 6 vehicles from Leif Johnson. I will purchase my next vehicle from Truck City.
Was told it could up to 2 hours. It took 3 hours. Noe was polite and got the job done
I had a great experience with the service department, as I always do with Travis, my preferred Service Advisor. He was able to get my wife's car in and out quickly (brake replacement, and hub and bearing replacement), knowing that we had a vacation coming up soon. He stayed in constant communication and kept me updated. Thank you Travis!
Nate is always willing to help me with what ever I need . I have 2008 f150 king ranch and 2018 Expedition and 2022 f350 dully. I have been using ford for a long time now as you can see. Its hard to fine a good service advisor. My last one was Don . So I hope Nate stays around . Thanks for all you do.

They worked with me, were very friendly, answered my questions, and explained all the things I didn't understand. They were much more helpful than any of the other dealerships I went to on the motor mile.
Scheduled an Oil Change for 9am and added a MVI so I could renew my registration. Was done at 11:00am. They made error in the MVI paper work so was unable to use. Had to go to another location to get and MVI. Within 2 hours of leaving I got a Service Alert on my app. Something about improper engine oil pressure. Had to return and it ended up being a much bigger issue also. Ended up having to leave my truck behind. Fortunate it was still covered by the extended warranty. A very frustrating day. Zach was nice, and helpful. Everyone there was super friendly. I definitely recommend this dealership.
Travis in the service center was phenomenal. I will absolutely visit truck city again for anything I need.
