Everone was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson - Eddie Haddad - was great. He didn't try pressure us in any way, he listened to what we were looking for and helped us find it. Highly recommended. I was buying a new vehicle, not getting one serviced. My interaction with John Jones was because the vehicle I wanted had an outstanding Safety Recall.

I was in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. Recall part from Ford has not been issued yet, but that is not Truck City's fault. Very satisfied.
