Everything went well at my appointment. The only thing that wasn’t completed were the two recalls for my vehicle which I was scheduled to have done. The parts were not available. This is no fault of the dealership though.

Special ordered a F150 with Truck City. Zachary Krischke worked with me to place the order and kept me updated throughout the build. Very straight forward process and ended up with exactly the features I wanted. Excellent dealership to work with.
It was a pleasure to be assisted by both Eddie and Jeremy in the purchase of our new Ford Explorer Platinum. They were both very knowledgeable and gave us their undivided attention. This was our second time working with Eddie, at our request, and I’m sure that speaks for itself. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
I can only assume that my motor home had the front end alignment done. It is not something that can be seen. The service people were nice. The waiting area was nice with coffee and water provided.
Travis was responsive and upfront. I have an older v10 but he treated me as a valuable customer.
Great service advisor, kept me well informed. Service was great , vehicle returned clean and ready to go.
