Excellent service, on-time service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. This is all what I experienced when I brought my Ford Explorer in for a factory recall repair. I also really appreciated the ride home they gave me from the very nice gentleman (Adam was his name, if I do remember correctly)!

Overall experience was great compared to other dealerships in the Austin. Truck City had my truck ready to go when they said it would be. Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. I'll certainly be back.

All went well, the service was performed within explained time frame. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would continue to use Truck City as a place to get service when needed.
