Truck City Fords' Mobile Service is great. Anytime we have a question our Service Advisor Charles Trujillo always has an answer or a solution for us. We are very impressed how quickly our oil changes and tire rotations are done. Fox Commercial is in the service industries so Ford keeps our trucks on the road with minimum downtime. Always pleasant dealing with the service dept folks at Truck City. One area for improvement is communication. I believe I used to get text messages about status especially on repairs that could take days. The work done is always great and dealing with all of the individuals in the service department has been pleasant.
