Service was prompt and on time appointment but tech was slow due to not finishing program exceptance on vehicle. Had to start procedure over and so it took a little longer to complete my visit.
Service dept and Mario are quick and efficient with great communication! I love bringing my vehicle here.

We went to Truck City to get the oil changed, while there we looked around at for a small suv for my wife. Eddie Haddad, met us at the cars, keep in mind we didn’t want a vehicle right then so he left us. I didn’t think we could get a loan but he showed us that we could and it cost us less and with no money , WOW! My wife is so happy with the Escape and the way that we were treated just like family. Nate was great - very kind and helpful. Kept an open line of communication, which was greatly appreciated.
Service writers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service department had me in and out in a lot less time than I expected for the work they were doing. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean and is stocked with water and coffee.

I have never experienced as good level of service as TCF. Taking my truck any place else just seems like such a waste. I grew up thinking that service departments at dealerships always overcharged. Boy was I wrong! Plus, this way I know that I am getting the best service available for my Ford!
Mario was great - keep me informed and worked to identify problem and get fix applied in a timely manner.
